WEDNESDAY: 5:15 AM butts & guts, 6aM butts & guts, 9:15am butts & guts, 11am enjoy l.i.f.e. (low impact for everyone), 6:15pm trx fusion

THURSDAY: 5:15am empower-d bootcamp, 6am empower-d bootcamp,  9:15am empower-d bootcamp, 5:15PM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6:15PM S.W.E.A.T., 7:15PM slow flow yoga

FRIDAY:     5:15am empower-d bootcamp & 6am empower-d bootcamp

Saturday:   **** 7AM run dmo walk/jog/run meet uP , 8:30AM BUTTS & GUTS
