TUESDAY: 5:15AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 9:15AM empower-d bootcamp, 5:15pm EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6pm willpower & grace, AND 7pm sweat
WEDNESDAY: 5:15 AM butts & guts, 6aM butts & guts, 9:15am butts & guts, 11am enjoy l.i.f.e. (low impact for everyone) 6:15pm trx fusion, **7:15pm special pop up class: 80's rock hard abs!
THURSDAY: 5:15am EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 9:15am empower-d bootcamp, 5:15PM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6:15pm sweat
FRIDAY: 5:15am empower-d bootcamp, 6am empower-d bootcamp, 9:15aM free teacher/educator appreciation RESTORATIVE YOGA class, 7pm special event: wine & spirits with maria the medium ($35 per person--registration required to attend)
Saturday: **** 7AM run dmo walk/jog/run meet uP , 8:30AM BUTTS & GUTS, 9:30am vinyasa yoga for everyone
