Monday:       5:15 EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 9:15am empower-d bootcamp, 11AM ENJOY L.I.F.E. (LOW IMPACT FOR EVERYONE), 5:45pm empower-d bootcamp,  7pM VINYASA YOGA FOR EVERYONE

TUESDAY:       5:15AM butts & guts, 6AM butts & guts, 6pm willpower & grace, AND 7pm sweat

WEDNESDAY: 5:15 AM empower-d bootcamp, 6aM empower-d bootcamp, 9:15am empower-d Bootcamp, 6:15pm trx fusion

THURSDAY: 5:15am trx fusion, 6am trx  fusion,  5:15pm empower-d bootcamp, 6:15pm sweat, 7:15pm vinyasa yoga for everyone

FRIDAY:     6:00 rise and shine yoga

Saturday:   **** 7AM run dmo walk/jog/run meet uP , 8:30AM BUTTS & GUTS
