Monday:       515am empower-d bootcamp, 6am empower-d bootcamp, **11am enjoy l.i.f.e. (low impact)*,   7pm vinyasa yoga for everyone

TUESDAY:       5:15AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP,  9:15AM empower-d bootcamp, 5:15pm EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6pm willpower & grace, AND 7pm sweat

WEDNESDAY: 5:15 AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6aM empower-d    bootcamp, 9:15am butts and guts, 6:15pm trx fusion

THURSDAY:     5:15am EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6AM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 9:15am empower-d bootcamp, 5:15PM EMPOWER-D BOOTCAMP, 6pm sweat 

FRIDAY:     515am empower-d bootcamp, 6am empower-d bootcamp, ***7:30am special pop up class: guns, buns, and guts

Saturday:   **** 7:00am run dmo walk/jog/run meet up, 830am butts & guts, 930am vinyasa for everyone


* RUN DMO Class is a special 6 week program (only $15 for members and $30 for non-members for the entire program)
** Enjoy L.I.F.E (Low Impact For Everyone) free for members and a $5 drop in fee for non-members
*** SPECIAL POP UP CLASS: GUNS, BUNS, AND GUTS is FREE to members and only $10 for non-members
**** RUN DMO Walk/Jog/Run Meet up FREE for everyone!  Open to all levels!
