Hi, my name is Donna Meeker-O’Rourke. I am a proud mom of two wonderful children, and completely understand what it means to live an extremely busy and hectic life! I have gone through many struggles, as I'm sure all of you have, and have gone through a huge transformation within the past few years. All this has made me compelled to share the different tools I have learned to use in order to lead a much healthier and happier life.

I earned a BA in Anthropology (the holistic study of humans), a Master’s Degree in Public Health, and am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Mind Body Health Coach and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. I have experience teaching both academic and health education classes and have conducted research on several health-related issues.  I am very committed and passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals!

I take a holistic approach to health/fitness and believe that it is not a destination, but rather a journey that is unique to each of us. I am excited about helping others along their journey. I am eager to combine my knowledge and experience with my continuous learning of the body’s structure and movement to bring everyone exciting classes and great programs!
